Arryn Odujebe delivered an impressive performance at the Frictionless Frenzy, finishing 3rd out of 36 bowlers in a competitive field that included several talented adult and youth competitors. He started strong in qualifying, achieving his first-ever 800 series with an 803 over the first three games on the demanding 2016 Badger pattern, including a perfect 300 in Game 3 and scores of 235 and 268. The second block proved more challenging due to lane transitions, with a 594 total over Games 4-6 (213, 183, 198), but his overall six-game pinfall of 1,397 secured the 2nd seed for the stepladder finals.

In the finals, Arryn faced a tight semifinal match, falling by just one pin in a 212-211 loss. His achievement was recognized by the Friday Night Spotlight League for his first sanctioned 300 game and 803 series, with Arryn finishing just ahead of Nick Trentler (724) and Cameron Bennett (691) in key spots.

Arryn's coach highlighted his maturity, noting: "I saw a 14-year-old with the maturity of a 30-year-old... conduct themselves like they've been there before." This poise on a difficult pattern positions Arryn as a promising recruit for collegiate programs, demonstrating strong skill, consistency in high-pressure events, and professionalism that stands out in livestreamed competitions.
